Booking

"How much advance notice do you need?" - If you're inquiring about an order, then it's time to place that order! Please note that my availability is subject to change. To secure a date, timely confirmation and payment are required, as I’m unable to hold dates without full payment.Last minute orders can be hard to accomodate and may require a rush fee.

Design

"How does the design process work?" - You are welcome to send ideas, samples of colors, decor, inspo or even your invite! AI inspo is discouraged as am I human and cannot replicate those. Please note that I will NOT copy someone else's work, or any of my previous sets exactly. Let's create something beautiful and unique to your event!

If you're looking for character sets, unfortunately due to licensing and copyright restrictions, I cannot recreate alot of your favorite characters. Instead, I can create an "inspired" set, which will give the feel of your theme/character by using colors, shapes, silhouettes. etc. Contact me to discuss options.

Packaging

"How will my cookies be packaged?" - All cookies are delivered in a container, with each cookie individually bagged and heat sealed for freshness. Tags, ribbons and any other packaging items are available for an additional price. I am happy to design those extra details for you!

Payment

"How do I pay?" - To place your order and hold your date, full payment and signed contract are required. Payments are accepted through Venmo and Zelle. An online invoice can be provided by request. Once the payment and signed contract are received, I can confirm your order is on the calendar. This payment is non-refundable - when I take your event order, I begin the process of declining other orders for that same date.

Pick Up

"Where and when can I pickup?" - ***Locals only! I do not ship***

 

Pickups are in Anaheim Hills. Please pay attention to the pickup date you have selected when you place your order. Rescheduling your pickup later may not be possible. If I am able to reshedule your pickup, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply, due immediately.

 

I will be in contact with you the week your order is due, to discuss time and location of your pickup. Failure to communicate prior to pickup date and failure to pickup on your scheduled date, will result in forfeiture of your order.

Cookies are made in a home kitchen. Consumers are to be aware that the cookies are produced in a kitchen that has or uses food allergens. Decorated sugar cookies include allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, and gluten. Please inquire before ordering if you have an allergy.
